In August of 2010 I was in a terrible speed flying accident. I am very lucky to be alive, however the accident caused spinal cord damage and I am now diagnosed as an incomplete c7 quadriplegic. This film shows my determination to get my outdoor lifestyle back. With the help of some amazing friends, I believe that I have achieved just that. In this film you will see white water rafting, fly fishing, off road hand cycling, road hand cycling, and some freewheel action. Everything was shot using the GoPro HD Hero and all the activities were performed by myself, despite the fact that I have to use a wheelchair. There was a lot of hard work that went into this edit. Not only did I do most of the filming myself, I did it with limited hand function. There was a lot of problem solving to figure out how and where to mount the camera. Also I did all of the editing, with some help from a good friend. I am now on a mission to not only break down barriers as a quadriplegic, but hopefully inspire others along the way.
